Malleus & Incus (John Burke & Michael Downing) are long time friends, DJs & producers based in Cork, Ireland.
Having met behind a pair record decks at a party in the 90's, they have remained close friends and continue to be passionate about the music that brought them together all those years ago. Since then John has worked professionally as a music producer at his recording studio (Claycastle Studio) while Michael continued Djing. In the past few years both John and Michael have taken to the studio together to produce their own brand of dance music.

Since they began playing out live they've performed at both clubs and festivals throughout Ireland but similar to other artists and performers they are hoping that 2023 will bring with it the opportunity to showcase what they've been creating in the studio over these past two years. While they were not able to perform so frequently through the pandemic years, they spent tireless hours in the studio writing and producing lots of new music.

So far their own music is holding it's own in amongst their favourite releases of the day on the dance floors and is inspiring more and more enthusiastic and energetic performances from the duo.....as if this closely bonded, incredibly infectious pair couldn't get any better together!!
